CIC Proudly Introduces A New Premium Belting – Vaderline

Our Vaderline is simply the highest quality laundry belting in the industry. With years of research and testing behind it, this belting will improve your machine’s operation and increase productivity. Vaderline belting provides a denser weave and polyester edges for increased strength and durability, longer service life and greater accurate tracking. We offer the five types of Vaderline belting shown below.

Vaderline Premium
Vader belts are made to stricter and straighter tolerances than generic canvas ribbons. This exclusive design adds our signature blue, black and red striping along the outside edges of the belting. Both sides have sewn polyester edges to prevent fraying.

The Vaderline Premium can be ordered on a 100 meter roll or pre-cut and clipper laced to your
requested length.
This belting comes in either 2” or 3” wide.

Vaderline Extra-Strong (VX)
Our Vaderline VX is the highest quality canvas belting on the market. This belting carries our signature blue, black and red striping with thick polyester edges. It is slightly thicker and more dense than the Vaderline Premium.
This belting is extremely strong and durable, and resists fraying and tearing.

Our Vaderline Premium comes 2” wide and can be
ordered on a 100 meter roll or pre-cut and clipper
laced to your requested length.

Vaderline Anti-Static
Finally a true Anti-Static belting! Our Anti-Static belting is made with silver-plated yarn and comes with sewn polyester edges. If you have static issues on your machines, this is the must have belt.

You can order the Vaderline Anti-Static on a 100 meter roll or pre-cut and clipper laced to your
requested length. This belting comes in either 2” or 3” wide.

Vaderline Anti-Static / Rubber Grip
Our Vaderline Anti-Static / Rubber Grip is a cotton and elastomer blend belting made with the silver-plated yarn. It is an outstanding line for anyone needing rubber grip belts with the anti-static feature.

The Vaderline Anti-Static / Rubber Grip comes 2” wide and can be ordered on a 100 meter roll or
pre-cut and clipper laced to your requested length.

Vaderline Premium Two-Ply
This is one tough belting! Our Vaderline Premium Two-Ply is a durable and long-lasting line made up of
two layers of strong cotton belting. It also has the sewn polyester edges to prevent fraying.

Introducing CIC’s newly redesigned Spreader Clamps for Chicago Dryer’s Edge and King Edge Feeders. We have both the right and left side clamps.

The new Spreader Clamps are made out of a solid billeted T6 Aluminum that have been manufactured by CIC in San Diego, CA, USA.

Each clamp is CNC machined to exact tolerance and

CSC Network’s Supplier Exhibition

We were pleased to participate and exhibit at this year’s CSC Network Annual Convention in Las Vegas, NV. The Laundry Industry convention was a success and was stated by the CSC as one of the best attended and most well-received events they have had.

The convention took place from March 7th – 9th in the sleek and modern hotel off the strip – the Arria Resort & Casino. This convention consisted of training sessions, a networking social, the supplier exhibition and a Zappos headquarters tour. Each event had both laundry industry suppliers and CSC
members in attendance and participation.

The members and guests that attended the trade show, or suppliers’ exhibition, came from all different kinds of businesses throughout the industry. There were employees representing uniform, linen, textiles, cleaners and parts companies. A few of the other large exhibitors that attended were Brim Machinery, Ellis and Milnor.

Our booth looked sharp and was ready for guests! Team CIC brought 5 employees to the show and was prepared for any questions that guests may have had. Our team was led by Chris Prunk, the Owner and President of CIC. We also had Mari Ruiz – Operations Manager, Michael Samuel – Sales Engineer in Arizona and Nevada, Josh Payne – Sales Engineer in Northern California, and Alex Jacobs – Marketing Director.

Overall, the convention and show were a success. We are excited about some of the new people we met and connections made. Plus, it’s always great to see and shake hands with any of our existing and future customers.

Jaw Transfer Clamp and Center Plate

Introducing CIC’s newly redesigned Jaw Transfer Clamp and Index Center Plate for Chicago Dryer’s King Edge Feeders.

The new Jaw Transfer Clamp and Index Center Plate is made of a solid billet T6 Aluminum that has been manufactured by CIC in San Diego, CA, USA.

Each clamp is CNC machined to exact tolerance and
specifications to work just like the original clamps, while
providing extreme durability in a one-piece design. Each
custom-made plate has less flex and is much stronger
than the original.

The Jaw Transfer Inserts are held in place by four set screws. These set screws will securely hold the insert in place, but also be easy to change in the field. The screws are each a 4-40 set screw that is 3/16” long. These set screws require a .050 allen wrench to loosen and tighten.
