We are pleased to announce and welcome three new employees that come to us from Resillo Press Pad Co., Chicago, IL. Nicolae Rascov, Francisco Flores and Francisco Lopez are all a great addition to our team here at Consolidated International Corporation.

Mr. Nicolae Rascov joins the staff as our Export Manager. He has many years of experience in the sale of dry cleaning and laundry products throughout the globe, including; Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Mexico and South Africa. Nicolae was the Export Manager with Bishop Freeman Co. from 1984 to 1997. In ’97 he started at Resillo, where he also worked as the Export Manager. His knowledge and expertise in the dry cleaning and laundry industries will be a great benefit to both Consolidated and to all of our customers. Nicolae was married for over 30 years and is the proud father of his daughter Gabriela.

Our new Dry Cleaning and Laundry Department Manager is Francisco Flores. He has a great deal of experience in the industry and was the DC and Laundry Manager since 1987 at Resillo. Here at CIC, he will be responsible for both US and International dry cleaning and laundry supply production. Francisco married his wife Raquel in 1988 and
is the father of three beautiful daughters; Gabriela,
Berenice and Vanessa. He is also a licensed soccer
coach for the US and Brazil.

Francisco Lopez, also known as Guy, joins our company as the Dry Cleaning Plates Manager. He comes to us with over 25 years of extensive industry experience. He was the Plates Department Manager at Resillo and responsible for all plate production for US distributors and export customers. Guy has been married to his wife Maria Elena Ramirez for 19 years and has two wonderful children; Edgar Eduardo and Jasmine. He also enjoys karate in his free time.

We are honored and excited to have these guys join our team. We are confident that their knowledge and expertise in the dry cleaning and laundry industries will be a great asset to our company.

Our Coronet Press Pads and Covers are hand-made in the USA of the best materials around for breathability and longevity. We custom make pads and covers for all of the different press models throughout the Dry Cleaning industry. We can make any size and fit that you need!

Special Features of the Coronet
Press Pads:
• Conforms precisely to the Buck.
• Springs have special claw-shaped hooks for easy installation, removal and protection of the operator’s hands.
• The custom drawstring with lock allows for the pad to be tightened and locked into place.
• Metal lateral side bars allow for a perfect and snug fit when connected with the springs.

Exchanging the steam and vacuum in 6 seconds!

• The Coronet Royal Blue fibers never close-up upon the high heat of the steam from the press throughout the lifetime of the pad.
• The thick resilient foam adds cushion and insulation. It absorbs impressions from pockets, buttons and zippers but does not retain moisture.
• The special flannel layer prevents the pad from drying up and cracking. It also gives a continuous transfer of steam and vacuum.
• The mesh bottom layer transfers the heat instantly and uniformly on the entire surface of the pad.

Vader belts are made to stricter and straighter tolerances than generic canvas ribbons. This exclusive design adds our signature blue, black and red striping along the outside edges of the belting. Both sides have sewn polyester edges to prevent fraying.

The Vaderline Premium can be ordered on a 100 meter roll or pre-cut and clipper laced to your
requested length.
This belting comes in either 2” or 3” wide.

Vaderline Extra-Strong (VX)
Our Vaderline VX is the highest quality canvas belting on the market. This belting carries our signature blue, black and red striping with thick polyester edges. It is slightly thicker and more dense than the Vaderline Premium.
This belting is extremely strong and durable, and resists fraying and tearing.

Vaderline Anti-Static
Finally a true Anti-Static belting! Our Anti-Static belting is made with silver-plated yarn and comes with sewn polyester edges. If you have static issues on your machines, this is the must have belt.

New Production Facility Grand Opening

We were proud to host a ribbon cutting ceremony in honor and announcement of our new production facility. The event was a success and a great way for all of us here at CIC to meet and talk with our local National City Mayor, City Council members, Chamber members, customers, vendors and business associates.

The ceremony took place at the CIC headquarters in National City, CA on Tuesday, September 18, 2012. In attendance included; the Mayor of National City – Ron Morrison, Council member – Luis Natividad, City Manager – Leslie Deese, Director of Emergency Services – Francisco Parra, Executive Director of Development – Brad Raulston, NCCC Board Chairman – Jess Van Deventer, Chamber Office Manager – Martha Bolanos, Chamber Marketing Coordinator – Michelle Luna, active Chamber members, local customers, vendors and friends.

The event consisted of the ribbon cutting ceremony, a speech and an appreciation gift giving by CIC President Chris Prunk, a speech by the Mayor Ron Morrison and a delicious Mexican food luncheon. Throughout the event our new production facility, the warehouse, offices and break room were all open for our guests to tour and visit at their leisure. Our staff was on-hand to answer questions and talk about our new facility and production capabilities.

We’re proud to make it here in the USA! Our new production facility is a great addition to our company, as it allows for increased production of our industrial laundry belting and textile products. This addition allows us to manufacture more product and expand upon what we produce here in the US. We want to provide our customers with the strongest, highest quality products on the market at a competitive price.

In our President’s speech, Mr. Prunk stated, “A quality product will always be in demand, and we are focused on our quality. Made in the USA is back in small numbers and that is where it starts.”

The Mayor of National City, Ron Morrison, delivered a very inspirational speech as well. He talked about how exciting it is to see small local companies, such as ours, doing well and making progress in growth. His kind words and attendance are very much appreciated by all of us here at CIC.

We would like to thank the Mayor, members of City Council, Chamber of Commerce members and all of our other guests for their support and participation at this grand event.
