Is Cicus.com affiliated with any laundry equipment manufacturer?

No. Cicus.com, a division of Consolidated International Corporation, is not affiliated with any commercial laundry equipment manufacturer. This includes:

• Consolidated Laundry Machinery (CLM)
• Chicago Dryer
• Alliance Laundry Systems
• Milnor
• Kannegiesser
• Jensen

All of these companies are separate from us. We supply parts and textiles for commercial laundry machines and flatwork ironers.

For equipment, service, or original manufacturer parts, contact the manufacturer directly.

Shipping

We ship standard orders with UPS.

Orders placed before 12pm Pacific may ship the same day. This applies to in-house textiles.

PO Net 30 orders: We must confirm your PO before the order ships. Confirmation can take up to one business day. Next-day shipping may not be possible until we confirm your PO, so plan for this when you order.

Freight: For freight shipments, contact us for a freight quote before you place your order.
