Custom-cut Nomex blend ironer pads for large roll cylinder ironers. CIC cuts every pad to your exact specifications. Compatible with Jensen, Braun, Kannegiesser, Lavatec, and more.

How to Order

You need two measurements from your machine:

1. Roll Diameter — determines pad length. CIC calculates the cut.

2. Roll Width — determines pad width. Every pad is cut 10″ wider than your roll to account for hem and cord wrap securing the pad to the drum.

Roll Diameter → Pad Length

32″ → 200″ pad length

36″ → 226″ pad length

42″ → 265″ pad length

48″ → 300″ pad length

52″ → 325″ pad length

700mm → 175″ pad length

800mm → 200″ pad length

1000mm → 245″ pad length

1200mm → 295″ pad length

Roll Width → Pad Width

120″ roll → 130″ pad

130″ roll → 140″ pad

140″ roll → 150″ pad
