The 54521 Alligator Ready Set lacing is a heavy-duty, one-piece fastener system engineered for thicker conveyor and ironer belts ranging from 1/8″ to 3/16″. This RS125 series lacing features pre-inserted staples that penetrate the belt carcass without severing fibers, creating a strong, traction-resistant splice ideal for medium-duty flatwork ironer applications.

Designed for 30-inch wide belts (or wider belts requiring multiple strips), this system uses a durable steel construction paired with a nylon-covered (NC) hinge pin. The nylon covering reduces friction and wear on the pin, significantly extending the life of the splice in high-cycle laundry environments.
