Nomex rated 575°F. Handles sustained heat without melting or browning. Tensile strength 150–160 lbs — resists snapping under tension. Service life 8–12 months at normal shift volume.

Replace when frayed, stretched, glazed, or breaks. Worn tape causes linen misalignment, jams, uneven feeding.

Why Nomex: Polyester fails at 480°F. Nomex holds 575°F. Use on any machine running above 450°F.
