CIC-8150HL – Aramid Nomex Felt Ironer Belt Roll, 8″ Wide x 150 ft Long

This aramid Nomex felt belt roll is engineered for flatwork ironers and high-temperature conveyor applications where sustained heat, abrasion, and chemical exposure exceed the limits of standard fabric belts. The felted Nomex® aramid construction maintains dimensional stability and belt integrity in extreme thermal zones, supporting consistent tracking and long service life in continuous-duty systems.

Commonly specified for ironer chests, press lines, and custom high-heat conveyors, the material is flame resistant, non-conductive, and resistant to organic solvents. Supplied as a continuous roll for cut-to-length installation; lacing is not included.
Maintenance tip: Check for surface glazing or edge thinning during inspections, as these indicate excessive heat concentration or misalignment.
