Manufactured with a proven five-layer construction, this pad is designed to perform reliably under continuous high-temperature pressing conditions while maintaining consistent surface contact across the press.

The Coronet Regular top layer provides excellent abrasion resistance and dimensional stability. Beneath it, Blue Coronet foam and silicone foam layers deliver superior breathability and elastic recovery during repeated press cycles. A flannel interlayer helps prevent drying and cracking, ensuring consistent steam flow over the life of the pad. The lower mesh and cloth layers promote even heat distribution and efficient thermal transfer to the garment. Thick, resilient foam absorbs impressions from pockets, buttons, and zippers without retaining moisture, resulting in a smooth, professional finish.

For maintenance efficiency, the pad installs quickly using integrated claw-shaped hooks and a heavy-duty drawstring with locking mechanism to ensure a secure, slip-free fit. Ideal for high-volume laundry and garment finishing operations that demand dependable, repeatable pressing performance.
